ZipHealth is a general online clinic, and its weight-loss programs are advertised from $149 a month. That starting figure applies to oral options such as Wegovy pill and Foundayo; the Zepbound starting estimate is $299. That figure isn't the whole bill. Every treatment also carries a $79 clinical service and support fee, so the lowest real starting cost is about $228. Ask whether the $79 is charged again when you renew or change doses.

Prices are listed as "starting at" figures by dose, and they climb as the dose goes up. ZipHealth also labels them estimates. Its fine print says the pharmacy confirms the final price when it fills the order, so the number you see at sign-up can move. ZipHealth doesn't take insurance for these treatments.

ZipHealth's weight-loss clinic is built around brand-name GLP-1s from Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly, including Zepbound and Wegovy. A provider recommends the drug and the starting dose after a short health questionnaire, and most decisions come within 24 hours. In some states you'll need a quick video call before anything is prescribed. Your provider can adjust the dose as you go.

ZipHealth doesn't bill insurance for brand-name drugs either. If you want to check coverage, its FAQ sends you to the drugmakers' own support lines.

ZipHealth publishes the list of states it delivers to, and it isn't nationwide. Check that list before you start the questionnaire.

Shipping is free on weight-loss medication ZipHealth sends itself. Some brand-name drugs ship from outside partners instead, such as the drugmaker's own pharmacy program, and those partners set their own shipping fees and packaging. For a missing delivery on one of those orders, ZipHealth points you to the drugmaker's support line, not its own. Card charges show up on your statement under the name Zip.

You can cancel only before the pharmacy processes your prescription. Once it's been processed or shipped, ZipHealth says it can't cancel it. To try, contact customer support right away and ask for cancellation before processing begins. Whether it's approved depends on where your order is.

Reviews on its site praise the option to order as you need medication rather than commit to automatic refills. Ask support whether your order is a one-time purchase or a recurring one before you pay.
