StackMD sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by vial, and the price depends on the strength your provider prescribes. Each drug comes in several concentrations, from a starter vial up to a high-strength one, and the stronger vials cost more. So your monthly cost will rise as your dose climbs. Each drug is offered with vitamin B12 or with glycine added. StackMD also sells oral tablets of both drugs, lower-dose "microdose" injections, and brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound consultations, where the medication is billed separately. There's no membership fee. Insurance isn't needed, and FSA and HSA cards are accepted.

• Medication can't be returned or refunded once it's dispensed and delivered.
• Wrong medication, dose or label: email support within seven days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase. Verified errors may be replaced.
• Damaged shipments: report within 72 hours of delivery, with photos.

StackMD passes these claims to SamaritanMD and the pharmacy, and they make the final call.
