Its compounded semaglutide starts with an introductory price for the first six weeks, then costs $199 every four weeks at doses from 0.25 mg to 1 mg a week. At the higher doses, from 1.5 mg to 2.4 mg a week, the refill price rises to $299 every four weeks.

The semaglutide is made with cyanocobalamin, a form of vitamin B12, which is why it looks pink. New patients start at 0.25 mg a week, and dose increases come at four- to six-week intervals. Neo Soma won't move you up faster than that, even if you ask.

The homepage lists a $330 initial tirzepatide purchase for a four- to six-week supply. Its FAQ says refills start at $495 every four weeks and rise with dose; the refill store shows a $495–$680 range with different dose and duration options.
