Who EverPrime may suit

Shoppers comparing medication-only and optional membership plans who will confirm the total due, state availability and pharmacy before paying.

Where the value is

  • Publishes standard and member medication tables for one-, three-, six- and twelve-month plans
  • Advertises the same medication price across doses, with supplies and free shipping
  • Names its prescribing medical groups and includes video care and six-month metabolic lab testing
  • Membership is optional, with eligible HSA and FSA payments accepted

The tradeoffs

  • Member medication prices exclude the optional $99/month Core or $199/month Peak membership
  • The selected-total widgets conflict with the medication tables; the membership billing example also needs clarification
  • Prepaid membership and treatment payments are described as non-refundable; cancellation mainly stops future renewal
  • Treatment availability varies by state and no complete public state list is provided
  • Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; no brand-name or oral GLP-1 route is confirmed

Medication and membership are separate purchases

EverPrime offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections. Standard one-month medication tables show $249 and $329 respectively. Membership is optional; member one-month drug rates are $150 and $230, before the $99/month Core membership. Adding those advertised Core rates gives $249 or $329, but does not establish the checkout charge or billing period. Peak membership is $199/month.

Three-, six- and twelve-month medication plans advertise lower monthly equivalents. The lowest figures belong to longer plans. Selected-total widgets conflict with the main tables, and the membership FAQ gives a three-month medication example with a twelve-month membership charge. Confirm both prepaid totals and renewal terms. Our total-cost guide explains why monthly equivalents can differ from upfront payments.

What the optional membership changes

Core includes provider visits, nutrition counseling and member medication pricing. Peak adds monthly dedicated-provider visits and a broader biomarker panel; its table states a three-month commitment. Medication is priced separately.

Membership and treatment plans are prepaid. After membership ends, future medication renewals use standard pricing. The monthly versus prepaid plans guide explains why stopping renewal does not necessarily recover an existing payment.

EverPrime accepts eligible HSA/FSA expenses and describes its service as cash pay. Ask about nonmember visit fees: the membership table lists separate charges while medication pages also describe included care.

Who provides care and fills prescriptions

EverPrime's terms identify Enhance MD, LLC as its operator. Its clinical groups are Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC; licensed providers decide whether to prescribe. It names Dr. Erik Stark as medical director. The Enhance MD review covers the related brand's different offer; their prices and terms should not be treated as interchangeable.

Semaglutide includes an initial video visit and ongoing support; tirzepatide specifies video visits every 90 days. Both describe six-month metabolic labs, supplies and free shipping. Required labs are included for members and nonmembers, with a $50 offset instead of direct lab payment in New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island. Quest Diagnostics handles testing appointments.

Terms name Rite-Away Pharmacy, Vios Compounding Pharmacy and TruMedsRx among the partners. Ask which fills your prescription. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.

State access and delivery

Availability depends on treatment and state, confirmed during intake; no complete public state list is provided. Adults must be at least 18, and prescribing requires clinical approval.

Medication delivery is described as every four weeks. Included two-day priority transit starts after dispatch, excluding review, labs and pharmacy preparation. Delivery frequency does not establish membership billing cadence. Contact support before using medication that arrives warm, frozen or damaged.

Canceling and refunds

The shipping policy requires contact 24 hours before next billing to skip or cancel. Once pharmacy preparation starts, an order cannot be canceled or refunded. That policy promises a full refund if a provider finds treatment unsuitable.

The membership page separately says payments already made for prepaid membership and treatment are non-refundable. Canceling stops later renewal; benefits continue through the paid term. Ask how the medical-ineligibility refund interacts with membership.

Prescription products cannot be returned. Report damage, errors or missing items within 48 hours with photos; replacements need approval. Support is available by email or at (888) 299-5088. The comparison workspace helps organize service terms; price does not establish clinical suitability.
