The $149 monthly rate is labeled an introductory rate, so ask whether it holds after your first month. The six-month plan has the lowest monthly figure, but you commit for longer to get it. The daily semaglutide tablet is priced separately and costs more per month than the monthly injection plan.

Tirzepatide follows the same four-plan pattern at higher prices. A one-time month is $279. The monthly selector lists $229, a three-month subscription $199 a month, and a six-month subscription $133 a month. Another section still advertises $199 as introductory and $499 quarterly, so confirm the plan you select.
The tirzepatide listing shows two different sets of subscription prices in different places, and its headline "from" figure doesn't match the table. Before you pay, confirm the monthly charge, how often it bills and whether it's an introductory rate. Nirwana also advertises a $50-off checkout code, so ask whether it applies once or to every renewal.
How care works
Nirwana connects you with licensed providers through an online intake. If you're prescribed, the medication comes from a licensed U.S. pharmacy and ships free, arriving within about a week. Nirwana doesn't name the pharmacy or a medical director, and it doesn't list the states it serves. Ask for the pharmacy's name if that matters to you.
The same account covers hair growth, sexual wellness, testosterone, anti-aging peptides such as sermorelin, and therapy for behavioral health. You don't need insurance.
Refunds
Nirwana's refund policy is narrow. You get a full refund for a billing cycle only if you're medically disqualified before treatment begins. Everything else is non-refundable, including canceling mid-cycle, deciding not to continue or not getting the results you wanted.
Medication can't be returned once it's dispensed or shipped. If a package arrives damaged or wrong, the fix is a replacement, not a refund, and you have to email support within 24 hours of delivery. Check every shipment the day it arrives.
