VitaStir's prices go up with your dose
VitaStir sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as "homekits," each a four-injection, 30-day supply. The $125 and $145 prices are for the starting doses only. Each month's kit is priced by strength, so your bill climbs as the dose goes up.

VitaStir also sells single-dose-vial versions of both drugs, priced on their own ladders, plus a one-injection trial. The product pages show crossed-out "original" prices well above these; the figure in your cart is the one you pay. There's no membership fee. VitaStir doesn't take insurance, and it accepts HSA and FSA cards but gives only a plain purchase receipt, not the extra paperwork some plans ask for.

What comes in the kit
The tirzepatide is compounded with glycine and vitamin B12, which gives it a light pink color, and the semaglutide kits list B12 as well. Syringes and alcohol pads are in the box, and a video tutorial follows your purchase. Everyone starts at the lowest dose and steps up month by month. VitaStir calls 7.5 mg its usual tirzepatide maintenance dose.
The tirzepatide ships two-day or overnight and doesn't need to be kept cold in transit. The single-dose semaglutide ships cold and should go straight into the fridge.
How ordering works
You pay first, then a physician reviews your medical history. A physician may call you within 24 hours if they need more information. If the physician doesn't approve you, VitaStir says you're refunded right away. VitaStir doesn't name its physicians or its pharmacy, only that the pharmacy is FDA-registered and PCAB-accredited for sterile compounding.
VitaStir also runs a clinic in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, which offers IV therapy and in-person care. It doesn't publish a list of the states it ships to, so ask before you order if you live elsewhere.
No refunds after approval
VitaStir's refund policy is short: every product is non-refundable once ordered, because it's made for you. If you set up a recurring subscription, it bills every 25 days, not monthly. To cancel, you email support with your name, date of birth and the request, and you have to do it before the next billing. A charge that's already gone through can't be canceled or refunded.
