The first month, then the regular rate
The Calibrate Clinic is a medical weight-loss practice in Lafayette, Louisiana, that treats patients by phone and delivers medication within Louisiana. It sells two compounded programs: a GLP-1 program (semaglutide) and a GLP-1+GIP program (tirzepatide).
The prices it leads with are new-patient specials for the first month only: from $145 for the GLP-1 program and from $199 for the GLP-1+GIP program. From month two, regular rates are $215 for semaglutide and $329 for tirzepatide. The clinic prints both rates in its pricing section and its FAQ, so read past the headline before you decide. It says the regular rate covers every dose, so it doesn't rise as you titrate up.
The clinic calls its pricing all-inclusive. The monthly rate covers the medication, provider care, shipping and its Patient Success Portal, with no membership fee and no contract. To start, you pay a $30 physician consultation deposit. Medication is billed only after a prescription is approved, and a staff member calls you to take that payment. Financing is available through CareCredit, Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm. There's no insurance billing.

Instead of an online form, the first step is a free phone consultation of about 10 minutes, booked online or by calling the office. A member of the medical team reviews your health history and goals and decides which medication fits. If you're switching from another clinic, you can book a free call to compare what you pay now.
The clinic says most patients finish the consultation and start within 48 hours. Prescriptions are filled through a local pharmacy, which it doesn't name, and arrive in one to two days. Lafayette-area patients can pick up at the office on Monday, Wednesday or Friday and weigh in while they're there. Other Louisiana patients can have it shipped.
Ongoing care
After you start, there are regular check-ins to track progress and adjust your dose. The team takes calls Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central. The Patient Success Portal includes 10 tools for tracking and support, and a referral program gives you $50 off for each friend who joins.
Before you sign up
- Budget for the regular rate. The first-month special doesn't carry into month two.
- Ask who prescribes. The clinic doesn't name its providers or medical director on the site.
- Check your state. The current FAQ limits shipping to patients in Louisiana.
- Ask about refunds. The clinic says there are no contracts and you can cancel anytime, but it doesn't publish a refund policy, including for the $30 deposit.
