Three tiers, and which one includes the drug
Gaya Wellness sells its weight program in three tiers, and only two of them include medication. Read the tier name before you read the price.
- Foundation is $149 a month on a quarterly commitment, or $199 month to month. It's physician-led coaching with prescription access: you get the consultation, lab orders, weekly check-ins and help with insurance prior authorization, but you bring the medication.
- Premium adds compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, shipped to your door, plus custom meal plans and closer progress reviews. It costs $399 month to month or $349 per month with a quarterly commitment.
- Concierge adds bioidentical hormone therapy on top of everything in Premium, at $599 month to month or $549 per month with a quarterly commitment.
Every tier has a lower rate if you commit to a three-month billing cycle and a higher one month to month. Gaya also says the medication price is based on standard dosing and may rise for tirzepatide doses above 10 mg a week. Your physician is supposed to discuss any increase before your dose changes, so ask what your likely maintenance dose would cost.

What every tier includes
All three tiers start with an initial physician consultation and an order for a lab panel of more than 50 biomarkers, drawn at a lab near you. After that you get weekly asynchronous check-ins with a board-certified doctor, and access to Gaya's member vault of meal planners, a biometric tracker and workouts. Everything is virtual.
The program is built for women in midlife, and Gaya lists candidates as 18 to 64 with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a condition such as diabetes, high cholesterol, PCOS or high blood pressure.
Who you'll see
Gaya's founder, Dr. Shweta Patel, is a board-certified OB/GYN and U.S. Navy veteran who reviews each patient's health profile at the first consultation. Gaya says the weight program is physician-led from the start and not handed to health coaches or nurse practitioners.
Gaya is licensed in five states: Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana and Tennessee. If you live anywhere else, you can't join.
Paying, financing and canceling
HSA and FSA cards are accepted for all Gaya services, along with major credit and debit cards. Gaya also offers financing through Cherry, a pay-over-time lender, with 0% APR options for those who qualify.
The program page says you can cancel anytime. On a quarterly plan you're billed for three months at a time, so ask how canceling mid-cycle works before you choose the lower rate.
Gaya doesn't name the pharmacy that compounds its medication. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved.
