How Velvet Rx prices its plans
Velvet Rx offers three GLP-1 options: a weekly semaglutide injection, a weekly tirzepatide injection, and a daily tablet with semaglutide or tirzepatide. Each plan includes a doctor consultation, unlimited one-on-one medical support, the written prescription, four weeks of medicine (four packs for the tablet) and free shipping.
The first-order offers are $99 for semaglutide injections, $179 for tirzepatide injections, and $149 for tablets, next to crossed-out figures of $299, $359, and $349. Velvet doesn't publish what later months cost or whether the price changes with your dose, so ask for the month-two price before you check out. Velvet doesn't take insurance. It accepts major credit cards, including Visa and American Express, plus Apple Pay, and says its plans are FSA and HSA eligible.

Who runs it, and who fills it
Velvet's terms belong to Rocket Health Inc, and charges may show up on your statement under that name. Rocket Health provides the technology. The prescribing is done by providers at physician practices that work with it.
The terms list four pharmacies: RedRock Pharmacy in St. George, Utah; Health Warehouse in Florence, Kentucky; Precision Compounding Pharmacy in Bellmore, New York; and Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama. Velvet advertises a two-minute quiz, same-day doctor visits and prescriptions, and round-the-clock access to its medical team. It also sells NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione injections and a GHK-Cu face cream.
Subscriptions and refunds
Plans renew automatically. Unless you cancel before a charge, Velvet bills the card on file for the next period. Its terms say processed orders may not be refundable, and that discounted products and services may be non-refundable. An appointment canceled within 48 hours of its time isn't refunded. Disputes go to binding arbitration under New York law.
Things to check before you order
- Velvet's homepage calls its medication "FDA-Approved," but it doesn't say whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded. Ask which one you'll get. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved.
- Velvet's FAQ shows the same insurance answer under every question, including the ones about cost and eligibility. Put those questions to support directly.
- Velvet doesn't list the states it serves. Its terms say some services are available only in certain states.
