myRocky Review: Price, Pros & Cons

MyRocky's main weight-loss program lists brand-name GLP-1s, while a separate public page also offers compounded semaglutide at $397 without a stated supply length. Its main program cost comes in three parts. There's a $99 initial consultation. After that, MyRocky charges the medication plus a $99 program fee every month. The program fee covers access to clinicians, new prescriptions and pharmacy counseling.

The medication is the big number. MyRocky lists Ozempic at $1,409 and Mounjaro at $1,509, and Wegovy is listed higher than both. Its product pages don't say how much supply that price buys, so ask whether it covers one pen or more before you're prescribed. Rybelsus, a daily semaglutide tablet, is also listed. These public medication figures cannot be treated as monthly costs until the pack and supply length are confirmed.

MyRocky doesn't bill insurance. It will give you a detailed invoice you can submit to your insurer yourself for possible reimbursement.

You fill out an online health questionnaire, and a provider replies within about 24 hours. Visits can happen by chat, video or phone. If you look like a candidate, the clinician sends a lab requisition, or you can upload recent results. A prescription usually follows within a few days, after you've had a chance to ask questions.

MyRocky's own pharmacy, MyRocky Health Pharmacy, ships the medication free and in discreet packaging, usually within one to two business days. Every four weeks you're reminded to check in with your clinician, who can adjust your dose.

The company's chief medical officer is Dr. George Mankaryous, and its pharmacy advisers are licensed in Ontario, Canada. Ask where your medication will ship from if that matters to you.

MyRocky serves U.S. patients only in certain states, and its own lists don't agree. Its service-coverage page lists forty-two states as currently available and says coverage varies by service. Older legal text listed fewer states. Confirm your state is covered for weight loss before you pay the consultation fee.

Before paying the $99 consultation, ask which charges apply if a clinician does not prescribe. Confirm when the separate monthly program fee starts, how to stop renewal and whether any paid amount can be refunded. Get any money-back guarantee and its eligibility conditions in writing. The separate compounded offer also needs its own full supply, renewal and refund terms.
