The Aesthetic Concierge Review: Price, Pros & Cons

The Aesthetic Concierge doesn't bill by the month. Its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide plans run on five-week cycles, and each renewal covers five weekly injections. Ask for the figure in dollars per cycle and work out what that comes to over a year, since a year holds a little more than ten cycles.

You start with a paid kick-off appointment. It's a full appointment about your health, goals and medication options, and its price includes your first five weeks of medication and basic weight-wellness bloodwork. After that you move onto an ongoing subscription.

The pricing page lists standard semaglutide injections at $414 every five weeks and tirzepatide from $479 for the same period, after a $579 kick-off. The treatment page still lists $479 semaglutide renewals, so confirm your current rate before booking. Compounded oral semaglutide is also listed, with conflicting prices across the two pages.

The two drugs are priced differently. Semaglutide renewals are one flat price per cycle. Tirzepatide is priced in dose bands, so your renewal goes up as you move into a higher band. There's also a lower-dose "microdosing" plan for each drug, priced below the standard weight-loss plans.

Once you've reached your goal and settled on a fixed maintenance dose, you can take 15% off the injection price by committing to six months. The practice also offers a few standing discounts:

• 10% off for each family member when two or more immediate relatives are patients.
• 15% off when you use two or more of its services, such as GLP-1 care plus hormone therapy or NAD+.
• 20% off for teachers and qualifying K–12 school staff.

Joining its mailing list also gets you a discount on the first consultation. Add-on injections, like B12 or NAD+, are sold separately.

Before the first visit, you'll need bloodwork from the past 12 months that includes a complete blood count, a lipid panel, A1C, TSH and T4, and a comprehensive metabolic panel. If you don't have recent results, you can book labs through the practice.

Care is led by Dr. Evan Blum, MD, with a team of doctors and nurse practitioners. The practice tracks your progress against its own benchmarks, aiming for a steady loss of about 0.5% to 1% of your body weight a week, and adjusts your dose when you plateau, travel or have side effects. Subscriptions include round-the-clock access to the team and regular check-ins. Medication comes from a 503A compounding pharmacy, one that mixes each prescription for a named patient, which the practice doesn't name.

Virtual care is limited to a short list of states, shown on the homepage. Check yours before you pay for the kick-off appointment. The practice also runs a support program for people who already get Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic or Mounjaro through insurance, Medicare, LillyDirect or NovoCare and want help with dosing and side effects.

The Aesthetic Concierge doesn't publish a refund or cancellation policy for its subscriptions. Ask how much notice you need to stop a renewal, and whether the kick-off fee is refundable if a provider decides treatment isn't right for you. Insurance questions go to its support team by email.
