Longevixx Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Longevixx advertises GLP-1 weight loss "from $149/mo." That's an entry price, not the rate you'll keep paying. Its treatment pages don't print the standing monthly price for semaglutide or tirzepatide. You get the quote inside the eligibility assessment. Ask for the month-two price before you pay, and expect tirzepatide to cost more than semaglutide.

Longevixx calls its pricing flat-rate. It says there are no consultation charges, no hidden fees and no surcharge when your dose changes, and that "the price we quote is the price you pay." It also says you pay $0 if you're not approved.

The program price covers the compounded medication, shipped on a set schedule from licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies, a dedicated licensed clinician who directs your dosing, structured check-ins and secure messaging with your provider.

• Semaglutide, the standard weekly GLP-1.
• Tirzepatide, the dual GLP-1/GIP option, priced higher.
• GLP-1 Microdose, a lower-dose plan pitched at body composition and appetite rather than large weight loss.

Longevixx sells itself as a longevity practice, so GLP-1s sit beside hormone therapy (HRT and TRT), peptide therapy and NAD+. Eligibility for the weight-loss programs starts at a BMI of 27, or 25 with a weight-related condition. People with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding, are excluded.

Longevixx LLC is a platform. It doesn't prescribe or dispense anything itself. Independent, board-certified U.S. clinicians make the medical decisions, and state-licensed compounding pharmacies fill the prescriptions. It doesn't name the clinicians, the medical group or the pharmacy anywhere on the site. Ask who will be treating you and who will fill your order.

The rules are spread across two places, and they don't quite match.

• Membership: the treatment pages say you can cancel with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. The terms say you can cancel at any time, but medication already dispensed or delivered isn't refunded.
• A new order: you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your first order, as long as the provider network hasn't received it.
• Refunds: only if the provider declines to prescribe, the order hasn't shipped, or the medication arrives wrong, damaged or below safety standards. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• Consultations, visits and filled prescriptions aren't refundable once they've started.

• Get the standing monthly price in writing.
• Give 30 days' notice if you plan to stop, to be safe.
• Ask which pharmacy compounds your medication.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved.
