Bon Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Bon Health sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide on four commitment terms: billed monthly, billed every three months, billed every six months, or billed once a year. The longer you commit, the lower the monthly equivalent, and the gap is wide. Semaglutide is $220 month to month, $420 per quarter, $690 per six months, or $1,140 per year, equivalent to $95 monthly on the annual plan. Tirzepatide is $285 monthly, $615 per quarter, $1,110 per six months, or $1,620 annually, equivalent to $135 monthly. The annual averages are less than half the respective monthly rates.

The catch is how the longer plans are billed. The quarterly plan is one charge every three months, the six-month plan is one charge every six months, and the annual plan is a single charge for the whole year. The low "as low as" figure in Bon's banner is that annual rate divided by twelve. If you'd rather pay month by month, expect to pay roughly twice as much per month for semaglutide.

There's no membership fee, and Bon says the medication price is the full price. Shipping, injection supplies and anti-nausea medication are included. New customers are also offered $100 off a first order.

Bon's semaglutide is compounded with vitamin B12 and its tirzepatide with vitamin B6. Your physician starts you at a low dose and raises it gradually. Bon says a clinician reviews your questionnaire the same day.

After that, you can message your care team at any time, including to ask about side effects or move your dose day. Bon includes educational modules, health tracking apps and a member community. Medication ships free, in discreet packaging, temperature-controlled where needed, from U.S.-licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies. Bon doesn't say which ones.

Bon Health Corporation doesn't practice medicine. Prescriptions are written by independently owned medical groups and their clinicians, and dispensed by independently owned pharmacies. One of its product pages names a supervising physician only as Dr. Taylor.

On coverage, the site says two things. A badge reads "Licensed in all 50 states," while the weight loss pages say availability varies from state to state. Check your state in the intake before paying for a long term.

Bon lists Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro, but each is marked coming soon and points you to the compounded version. Those listed prices also run above $1,000 a month, so they're a different budget entirely.

Bon says you can cancel anytime with no contract, and that pricing is confirmed at checkout. Its terms of service don't spell out refunds on a prepaid three-, six- or twelve-month plan. Ask what you'd get back if you stop partway, or if a physician doesn't approve you, before you pay for a long term.
