Visits are covered by most major insurance plans, though your copay or deductible still applies. Without insurance, the first 30-minute visit is $250 and each 15-minute follow-up is $150. Those follow-ups are where your dose gets adjusted, so plan on more than one.
Brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound goes to the pharmacy of your choice, and what you pay depends on your insurance. Midi's own compounded medications ship to your door, and the price includes shipping and supplies.

Midi was built around perimenopause and menopause care, and its clinicians are trained in women's health. Weight care sits alongside hormone therapy, labs and non-hormone prescriptions. If you're dealing with hot flashes, sleep problems and weight gain at once, one clinician can look at all of it.
Your first visit covers health history, symptoms, past treatments and goals. The clinician may order labs such as blood sugar or cholesterol before deciding on a GLP-1. Booking a visit doesn't mean you'll be prescribed one.
Before you book
- Check your insurance first. Midi has a coverage checker, and an in-network visit costs far less than $250.
- Price your likely maintenance dose, not the first month. Semaglutide more than doubles from the starting tier to 2.5 mg.
- Ask which pharmacy will fill a compounded prescription. Midi says the compounding pharmacies it uses are licensed 503A pharmacies, but it doesn't name them.
