tru Weight Loss sells two flat-priced packages. The semaglutide package is $299 a month and the tirzepatide package is $399 a month. Each includes the compounded medication, monthly physician supervision and nutrition support. Neither page mentions a higher price as your dose goes up.
The catch is the commitment. You have to sign up for three months, and only after that can you cancel at any time. So the real minimum is about $897 for semaglutide or $1,197 for tirzepatide. The one exception: you can end the program early if you aren't tolerating your medication.
