EverFit Medical Review: Price, Pros & Cons

EverFit Medical doesn't publish a price for its semaglutide or tirzepatide programs. Its FAQ says the cost depends on the program and medication your provider recommends, and that the team reviews options with you during the consultation. Flexible payment options and financing may be available if you qualify.

The first assessment is free and carries no obligation, and you start it by phone or through an online intake. That means you can get a real quote before committing to anything. Ask for the monthly medication price, whether it changes as your dose goes up, and what follow-up visits cost.

EverFit also runs a referral program it calls the $100 Win-Win Club. If you refer someone who enrolls, you both get $100.

EverFit is a clinic in Macedonia, Ohio, owned by Carrie Zatelli. Patients in Northeast Ohio can come in for consultations, follow-ups and optional body composition scans. The clinic is open weekdays, with Tuesday hours running to 7 p.m., and Fridays are by appointment only.

For online care, EverFit works with an outside provider group, DrTelx, whose licensed clinicians run the telehealth evaluations. You fill in an online intake with your health history, current medications and goals, a provider reviews it, and if treatment is appropriate, medication ships to your home. EverFit lists same-day doctor visits and overnight delivery for its telehealth program.

Along with the provider's evaluation and any prescription, EverFit offers optional nutrition coaching with meal plans built around your metabolic rate, food preferences and routine. Patients also get monthly educational webinars, and the clinic says you reach a real person, not a call center, when you phone.

EverFit says it works only with licensed U.S. pharmacies, but it doesn't name them.

• Whether it can treat you. EverFit's telehealth page says it serves all 50 states, while the footer on the same site says it treats patients located in Ohio only. Treat Ohio as the current service area unless the clinical team confirms otherwise when you call.
• The full price. Get the monthly medication cost and any program fee in writing.
• Which pharmacy fills it, and whether the medication is compounded.
• The refund policy. EverFit links to one, so read it before you pay.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved.
