One monthly price
MyStart Health's program starts at $299 a month, before discounts. That one price covers physician evaluations, follow-up appointments, unlimited access to clinicians, monthly prescriptions, the medication, any blood work you need and shipping. There's no separate membership fee. MyStart is cash pay only and takes credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, not insurance.
MyStart's price-lock promise says your base price won't go up later, even if your dose increases. That promise excludes the first-time discount, and the site often runs promotions on top of the base price, so ask what your second payment will be. MyStart doesn't publish separate prices for semaglutide and tirzepatide, so ask which drug your plan covers.

Monthly or three-month plans
You can pay monthly or every three months. Monthly plans are billed and shipped automatically each month. Three-month plans are billed once per quarter, and the whole supply ships at once. On either plan you fill out a Refill Intake Form every three months.
After you finish the health quiz, a licensed clinician reviews it. You either get a prescription within 24 hours or have a video visit first, and same-day video visits are available. MyStart says shipping and tracking details follow within two business days. Follow-ups are monthly until your dose is steady, then every three months.
Who's behind it
MyStart Health LLC is based in Newark, Delaware. It calls itself a technology platform: independent provider groups do the prescribing, and independent pharmacies fill the orders. The medication is a compounded GLP-1 from licensed U.S. pharmacies, which MyStart doesn't name. Its chief medical advisor is Dr. Ritu Chopra of Beverly Hills. Support is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern.
Canceling and refunds
You can cancel at any time by emailing support with "CANCEL" in the subject line, or by phone.
Refunds are narrow. You get a full refund if a provider finds you ineligible and no prescription is written, or if you cancel before the pharmacy has processed and shipped your order. After that, nothing comes back. That includes a shipped order, a written prescription you decide not to fill, and any membership period you've started. MyStart doesn't accept returned medication under any circumstances. Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved.
