Regenics Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Regenics runs on a membership, and every treatment requires one. The membership pays for your provider, refill handling, dose changes and member pricing on medication. The GLP-1 itself is a separate cost, paid through the pharmacy, and Regenics doesn't publish what semaglutide, tirzepatide, Wegovy or Zepbound will cost you.

Membership is $39 for the first month, then $79 a month. Prepaid 3-, 6- and 12-month memberships cost less per month, and month to month is the default. Every option renews automatically until you cancel. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and Regenics doesn't bill insurance.

So the number you see advertised is only part of the bill. Before you join, ask what the drug you want costs at your starting dose and at the dose you're likely to reach. Regenics says you see the full monthly total at checkout before you commit.

Regenics offers both kinds of GLP-1. Its providers can prescribe brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound, or compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide made by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. Regenics says your provider picks between them based on your history, goals and budget. It doesn't name the compounding pharmacy, so ask which one fills your order.

Every GLP-1 is a once-weekly injection that starts at a low dose and steps up over the first few months. Your provider sets the schedule, and dose changes don't add a visit fee.

Care is handled by a small team of nurse practitioners Regenics names on its site, including Philip Marks, Paula Barash, Joanna Stuppler and Anna Gryunshpan. You stay with the same providers rather than seeing someone new each time. Messages get a reply within 24 hours from someone working from your full chart.

Regenics is also a physical clinic, on Ventura Boulevard in Tarzana, California. If you live nearby, you can see your provider in person, have blood drawn on site and get IV therapy or body-composition scans there. Everyone else is treated by telehealth. Regenics doesn't publish a list of the states it serves, so check yours before you pay. Medication ships free.

You can cancel the membership at any time from your account. There's no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.

Membership fees aren't refundable once charged, though. That includes a prepaid 3-, 6- or 12-month term. The one exception is at the start: if a provider decides you aren't a candidate for treatment after your questionnaire, you aren't charged the membership fee.
