Clinic Secret Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Clinic Secret sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, but it doesn't publish a price for either. Its banner advertises $100 off your first month for new members, without saying what the month costs before the discount. You'll see the real figure only after you answer the intake questions.

Before you pay, get three numbers: the first-month price after the $100 discount, the price from month two onward, and whether that price changes as your dose goes up. Clinic Secret says there are no membership fees, and every plan ships with the syringes and instructions you need.

You take a short health assessment on your phone or computer, with no phone call needed. One of Clinic Secret's board-certified physicians reviews it within 24 hours and writes a prescription if you qualify. The company says it has 17 prescribing physicians across the U.S., though it doesn't name them or a medical director. There's no in-person visit.

Expect to upload a photo ID and a full-body photo with clothes on. Clinic Secret's refund policy says it won't refund an order because you don't want to share them.

Medication is compounded at U.S. pharmacies, which Clinic Secret doesn't name, and it says it doesn't use overseas suppliers. Orders ship in about three days, unrefrigerated, so weather delays shouldn't affect the medication. If you finish the six months and don't lose weight, you're refunded. The policy doesn't spell out how weight loss is measured or what records you need, so ask before you count on it.
