What you'll pay at Hers
Hers sells brand-name GLP-1s, and every price it advertises is for the medication alone. On top of that you need the Hers Weight Loss Membership, which costs $39 for the first month and then renews at $149 a month. The two are billed separately, and Hers says plainly that the membership doesn't guarantee a prescription.

Those are starting prices. Hers notes that pricing may change with your dose, so ask what the higher steps cost before you commit. The Wegovy pill also starts at $149 a month for the medication, and Hers lists Foundayo, Zepbound vials, Ozempic and a lower-dose "microdosing" plan too. Ozempic and Mounjaro are only prescribed to people who meet the diabetes-related criteria.

What the membership includes
The $149 covers round-the-clock messaging with licensed providers, dose changes as you go, help with side effects and in-app weight tracking. New members can also opt in to a Hers smart scale, which ships separately and isn't offered in every state.
You don't need insurance, and Hers doesn't ask about it. HSA and FSA cards can be used, though your provider may ask for a receipt before the payment goes through. Medication can be billed monthly or upfront, depending on the plan you pick.
Getting a prescription
You start with an online intake about your health history and goals, and a state-licensed provider reviews it. In some states that's enough. In others you'll be asked to book a short video or audio visit. If you're already on a GLP-1 elsewhere, Hers says care can often continue without starting from the first dose again.
GLP-1 treatment through Hers isn't available in every state yet, so check yours before you fill out the intake.
Canceling
You can cancel at any time, but the two pieces work differently. Canceling the membership also ends your medication plan and your access to care. Canceling only the medication plan leaves the membership running, and it keeps billing $149 a month until you cancel it too.
Before you sign up:
- Budget for the membership every month, not just the medication price on the product page.
- Ask what your dose will cost after the starter months.
- Hers doesn't sell compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide.
