The company behind it, Tara Healthcare LLC, describes itself as a technology platform that connects patients with licensed providers in their state.
One difference from many GLP-1 sellers: prescribing happens over a real video visit, not a questionnaire alone, and you meet your provider monthly as your dose changes. Medication comes from state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies that Recovery Delivered doesn't name. Tirzepatide ships overnight, cold-packed; semaglutide goes by FedEx. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Billing and canceling
The terms say fees may increase and that you may be charged up to the full cost if you cancel within 24 hours of an appointment. No GLP-1-specific refund policy is published, so ask before paying what happens if the provider doesn't prescribe, and how much notice you need to stop a refill. Brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound aren't sold here; the site mentions them only for comparison.
