Vea Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Vea Health sells four compounded GLP-1 plans: semaglutide, tirzepatide, and a lower-dose microdosing version of each. It doesn't list their prices on its product pages. Pressing "Get started" takes you straight into a health questionnaire, and Vea says you choose your plan and see pricing as part of that order and intake.

Its terms promise that the order page shows the amount of each recurring charge, how often you're billed, any minimum term, and the cancellation deadline before you pay. Read those lines before you submit. If Vea raises the price of a subscription you already have, it says it will email you at least 30 days before the change.

Vea accepts FSA and HSA cards, and domestic shipping within the lower 48 states is included unless checkout says otherwise. The semaglutide is compounded with glycine.

You complete the intake online, and a licensed clinician reviews it. For many prescription orders, Vea only places a hold on your card and completes the charge when a clinician approves you. If you're declined, the hold is released and you aren't charged.

The clinicians belong to Dr Telx, PLLC, an independent medical practice that Vea Health manages. Your fee for medical care is paid to that practice, and medication fees go to the practice or the pharmacy. Prescriptions are filled by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, which mix each prescription for a named patient. Vea picks one based on your location and therapy and tells you which after the prescription is written.

Treatment also comes with lifetime access to the Vea app, which logs food, activity and sleep and has an AI assistant. It's iPhone only for now.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until you cancel. You can cancel in your account, by email or by phone, with no cancellation fee. The deadline is the part to watch: you must cancel at least five business days before your renewal date. A cancellation that arrives later doesn't stop that renewal, and that charge isn't refunded, though the subscription won't renew again after it.

Vea advertises free consultations. Where a medical fee is charged, its terms refund it if a clinician declines you before anything ships. Once compounding or shipping has started, medication can't be refunded. Refund requests go to Vea's support email with your order number, and it says it answers within five to ten business days. Disputes go to binding individual arbitration under Delaware law.

• Vea says it serves all 50 states, but it ships only where its clinicians are licensed.
