Mirabel Meds doesn't publish a price for any of its GLP-1 programs. Its FAQ says pricing is reviewed during your consultation, so it can be presented alongside your protocol and program length, and that Mirabel runs on a membership model rather than selling items one at a time. In practice, that means you won't see a number until after you've filled in its medical assessment, which takes five to ten minutes.

The terms say you pay one bundled subscription price that covers the pharmacy's fee for the drug, the provider's consultation and Mirabel's platform fee. A recurring monthly order charges your card when you place it and every 30 days after, and Mirabel says it emails you five to seven days before each charge. Shipping and handling, if any, is shown at checkout.

Mirabel offers compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide and a lower-dose GLP-1 microdose program aimed at body composition and metabolic health rather than fast weight loss. Each program includes the medication, a matched licensed provider, dose adjustments at each step, direct messaging with your care team, structured check-ins and temperature-controlled delivery in unmarked packaging. Mirabel describes the support as weekly provider messaging and monthly clinical reviews.

It lists candidates as adults 18 and older with a BMI of 27 or more, or 25 or more with a weight-related condition. The company is based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and says it serves all 50 states through a nationwide provider network.

Mirabel is a technology platform. It doesn't prescribe or dispense anything itself. A licensed clinician in your state reviews your consultation, and Mirabel says its protocols are overseen by board-certified internal medicine physicians. It doesn't name a medical director or any clinician.

The medication is compounded by partner pharmacies that Mirabel describes as state-licensed, but it doesn't name them. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved.

Mirabel gives two cancellation rules. The FAQ says memberships need 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. The terms say a subscription can be canceled up to 48 hours before the monthly charge. Ask support which applies, and give the longer notice to be safe.

If you're not medically approved, Mirabel says treatment charges aren't processed. A new prescription order can be canceled within 24 hours if the provider network hasn't received it yet. After that, consultations, memberships and filled prescriptions aren't refundable, and medication can't be returned. Report a wrong or damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.
