Ways2Well Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Ways2Well is a lab-first concierge practice, not a GLP-1 storefront. You buy a care plan built around blood testing, and any prescription, including weight-loss medication, is a separate decision your clinician makes after reviewing your results. Its care plans come in a few tiers:

• Connect: a free 20-minute phone call with a Ways2Well team member to walk through your options.
• Clarity: a one-time fee covering comprehensive bloodwork, one 40-minute visit with a clinician, and app access to your results.
• Core: an ongoing plan, billed monthly or yearly, with expanded testing, four 40-minute clinician visits, ongoing guidance and 15% off supplements, prescriptions, tests and clinic services.
• Champion: a top tier with a waitlist.

Ways2Well posts the Clarity and Core prices in its FAQ. Medication is never included in them. If you're prescribed something, you pay for it on top, so ask what the drug and its refills will cost before you agree to start.

Peptide therapy follows the same pattern. There's a separate paid peptide consult, and any peptides prescribed are bought separately.

Ways2Well doesn't sell a named GLP-1 plan. Its site doesn't list semaglutide or tirzepatide by name or publish a price for either. Weight loss shows up as one of its peptide categories, "weight loss and fat reduction." If a GLP-1 is what you want, ask on your first call whether one can be prescribed in your state, which drug and pharmacy it would be, and the monthly cost.

The FAQ says a care plan gives you access to evaluation, but a prescription isn't guaranteed or included. Every prescription and refill depends on your clinician's judgment after your labs and visit.

Care is led by licensed clinicians, with Danese Rexroad, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, as chief clinical officer. Ways2Well runs in-person locations in Texas, including Austin and Houston, and offers remote care in most states. New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Missouri are on a waitlist. Some peptides are restricted by state, and residents of California, Ohio and Nevada can currently get only the weight-loss peptides.

Results, visit notes and prescriptions live in the Ways2Well app, along with an AI assistant called ALLEN that answers questions between visits.

Ways2Well doesn't take insurance and can't provide billing codes for reimbursement, but HSA and FSA cards work. Monthly Core plans require at least two billing cycles before you can cancel. Annual plans can be canceled for the next renewal and stay active through the current year. Nothing already paid is refunded just because you cancel.
