LovelyMeds Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Lovely Meds sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide by weekly injection, and both are priced the same way. The price doesn't change with your dose. It changes with the length of the plan you choose: one, three, six or twelve months. Each step down lowers the monthly rate, and the twelve-month plan is the figure behind the "from" price in its banner. Tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide on every plan. The semaglutide injection comes with B12.

The first month is cheaper still. Lovely Meds applies a first-month discount automatically at checkout, and new patients can add a $60-off code on top. Neither carries into month two, so work out your budget from the regular rate for the plan length you pick.

Before you prepay for a long plan, read the refund rules below. If you stop early, Lovely Meds recalculates what you've used at the single-pack price.

There's no insurance billing. Lovely Meds suggests checking whether HSA or FSA funds or out-of-network reimbursement could apply, and it offers a buy-now, pay-later option. Product names don't appear on your card statement.

Beyond injections, Lovely Meds lists needle-free compounded options: semaglutide and tirzepatide as tablets that dissolve in the mouth, semaglutide and tirzepatide drops, and a semaglutide troche that dissolves under the tongue. There's a lower-dose microdosing program too.

Its menu also includes brand-name Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro and the Wegovy and Foundayo pills. The same account sells testosterone, hair-loss treatment, sermorelin, glutathione and ED medication.

Lovely Meds, Inc. runs the ordering platform and says it isn't a medical provider. Its terms name the prescribers: licensed clinicians affiliated with Beluga Health, P.A. and its medical groups. You fill out a health intake, which takes about two minutes, and a clinician licensed in your state reviews it and may ask follow-up questions before deciding.

Medication is prepared by independent state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies, which aren't named, and ships in plain packaging. Lovely Meds is available in many but not all states, and the order form tells you whether yours is covered before you finish.

The refund terms are strict, so read them before you pay:

• Canceling before a provider starts reviewing your order costs a $40 administrative fee.
• Once a prescription is sent to the pharmacy, the order is final.
• After the pharmacy labels and ships your medication, there are no returns or refunds. Damaged or defective shipments may be replaced.
• On a multi-month plan, you can ask for a refund on packs that haven't shipped. What you've already received is repriced at the single-pack rate, and 10% is taken off the balance. Refunds take up to 15 business days.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide aren't FDA-approved.
