A twelve-month plan ships as four three-month boxes, one every 90 days. The online clinician visit and shipping are included in every plan, and there's no separate membership fee. Candor doesn't take insurance, and Klarna is offered at checkout. You'll also see a $95 a month banner on its homepage; that figure doesn't match either drug's plan prices, so go by the plan table at checkout.

Who prescribes and who fills it
You answer a short medical questionnaire and upload a photo ID and a picture of yourself. Prescribers come from MD Integrations, a national physician network, and Candor says you'll usually hear from a doctor within about 24 hours. Some states require a live chat or video visit first. Candor doesn't name a medical director.
The pharmacy is named: Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina. Candor's own refund policy lists its returns address as Vigor Compounding LLC, doing business as Candor Rx and Manifest Pharmacy, so the storefront and the pharmacy are closely tied. You can ask for your prescription to go to a local pharmacy instead, but Candor won't promise the price there.
Orders ship in one to five days from approval by no-contact delivery, so no signature is needed. Candor says it doesn't ship refrigerated products.

Candor lists 49 states in its FAQ. Alaska is the one state missing. Treatment is for adults 18 and older.
Canceling and refunds
Candor promises a full refund if its physician can't prescribe for you. After that, the rules follow the package. You're billed when medication ships, and once your card is charged and the box is handed to the carrier, the sale is final. You can cancel, change your card or change your address from your account any time before the next shipment. Candor says it contacts you before each refill is billed.
Lost packages are reshipped, and damaged ones should be reported to the patient care line.
Things to check before you buy
- Confirm which plan length your price belongs to. Month to month is nearly double the twelve-month rate for semaglutide.
- Ask what happens to a six- or twelve-month plan if you stop early. Candor's refund policy doesn't address prepaid plans.
- Candor doesn't publish lab testing or certificates of analysis for its medication; ask if that matters to you.
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved.
