OriaMeds sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as bundled monthly programs. The price covers the provider's review, the medication, dose changes, care-team access and shipping. There's no consultation, pharmacy or shipping fee on top, and the price doesn't change when your dose does.

Notice the semaglutide column. Its three- and six-month plans cost more per month than paying month to month, so a longer commitment doesn't save money there. For tirzepatide, the longer plans do lower the monthly rate. On both longer plans, medication ships every three months, so a six-month plan arrives in two shipments.

How the process works
The medical intake is free. A licensed provider from the WizDoc provider network reviews your answers and history, and some states require a live telehealth consultation first. You're charged only if the provider issues a prescription. If you don't qualify, you pay nothing.
OriaMeds itself is a technology platform. It doesn't practice medicine or employ physicians. Prescriptions are filled by PerfectRx, a licensed compounding pharmacy in Flower Mound, Texas, and shipped free with tracking. Each injection is once a week, and the dose starts low and rises over several months as your provider adjusts it.
Members also get unlimited access to clinicians and the care team, plus monthly live sessions with experts and time for questions.
Canceling and refunds
Plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time in your patient portal or by emailing support. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Canceling stops future charges but doesn't refund past ones. Once medication has been dispensed and shipped, it can't be returned or refunded, even if a vial is unopened. Federal and state pharmacy rules don't allow a pharmacy to take dispensed medication back.
