The tradeoffs
- The terms of service and privacy policy are unedited templates that still print "[list of Pharmacies]", "[list of Labs]" and "[phone number]" where the company's own details belong
- The About page says there are no membership fees while the terms require "the Weight Loss Membership on an automatically renewing monthly subscription basis" — no membership line appears at checkout, so which one governs is unclear
- A 35% welcome code is applied at signup and the renewal price after it is never stated, so the standing cost of the second month cannot be read off the site
- The footer claims all 50 states, the privacy policy says the service may be used only in certain states, and the Help Center says availability may depend on your location; no state list is published
- The Help Center calls AnazaoHealth a provider group rather than a pharmacy, and no 503A or 503B designation appears anywhere
- Refunds are narrow: nothing for a partially used period, nothing once medication ships, and the refund page says all sales are final once a package is handed to the carrier
- AnazaoHealth Corporation, the pharmacy AHBARx names as a dispensing partner, received an FDA warning letter of its own in August 2021, addressed to that pharmacy and not to AHBARx, and it is on the public record in FDA's warning-letter database.

The monthly plan is the one to compare: $249 for semaglutide and $349 for tirzepatide, month to month. The three-month supply saves $98 on semaglutide, and the six-month plan is charged every six months but ships every three. Insurance isn't used.
A pop-up offers 35% off your first eligible treatment for an email address. AHBARx doesn't say what the renewal costs after that discount, so ask what your second month will be before you use the code.

Who treats you
AHBARx was founded by Dr. Nima Yazdanpanah, a pain-management specialist and physiatrist, and it says every plan is reviewed by licensed, board-certified clinicians. You start with an online health intake, and no in-person visit is needed. Each refill is reviewed through a follow-up questionnaire before it ships. AHBARx says its medications come from U.S. compounding pharmacies. Its injections ship without refrigeration.
The same account sells NAD+, glutathione, sermorelin, B12 shots and sexual-health treatment, so weight loss is one menu among several.
The fine print on refunds
AHBARx's refund policy is strict. Prescription medication can't be returned once it's dispensed, and once your card is charged and the box is handed to the carrier, the sale is final. You can cancel a subscription or change your address from your account, but only before the order ships. Lost or damaged packages are reshipped after AHBARx works with the carrier.
The terms add two more limits. There are no refunds for a partly used plan period, and you need to cancel at least two days before your renewal date or the next period is charged.

- Ask what the $249 includes. Confirm at checkout whether the consultation and shipping are part of the price or added on top.
- Check the terms you're agreeing to. AHBARx's terms of service still read like a template, with placeholders such as "[list of Pharmacies]" and "[phone number]" where its own details belong.
- Membership or not. The About page says there are no membership fees, while the terms describe a separate weight-loss membership. Ask which applies to you.
- Your state. The footer says AHBARx serves all 50 states. No state list is published.
