Both plans also list a one-on-one session with Freya's dietitian. There's no membership fee and no waitlist, and Freya doesn't take insurance.
Freya's main selling point is continuity. You're assigned one clinician who stays with you, so you don't explain your history again at every refill.
How it works, and who's behind it
You start with a two-minute health quiz. A U.S.-licensed doctor reviews it, often the same day, and confirms your prescription if you qualify. Freya says it doesn't practice medicine itself. Care comes from independent, state-licensed medical practices that it supports with technology and administration. It doesn't name its clinicians, a medical director or its pharmacies.
Once prescribed, you can have the medication shipped by Freya's partner pharmacies or send the prescription to a pharmacy you choose. Medication from Freya's network doesn't come in child-resistant packaging, so store it out of children's reach.
Where it's available and how to cancel
Freya's terms say it can't serve Alabama, Mississippi or West Virginia, and checkout is blocked there. Other services may vary by state, and you'll be told during sign-up.
The product pages say you can cancel anytime with no lock-in. Freya's terms don't set out a refund policy, so before you choose the quarterly plan, ask support what happens to the unused months if you stop early, and how far ahead of a renewal you need to cancel.
