VyrarX sells two GLP-1 programs, one built on semaglutide and one on tirzepatide, both as weekly injections. The homepage advertises semaglutide programs from $179 monthly and tirzepatide from $329. The program cards do not identify the supplied medication as compounded or branded; confirm the exact product as well as the price. VyrarX doesn't publish what either costs as the dose climbs, so treat the starting figure as the floor and ask what your plan will cost at each step.

What the program includes: a personalized titration plan, one-on-one messaging with your provider, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and free shipping. You don't need insurance, and VyrarX says every fee is shown before you complete a transaction. Payment is due at the time of service.

VyrarX is an online platform that connects patients with U.S.-licensed clinicians. It names its provider network as Locum Tele and its pharmacy as Rush Pharmacy. Its terms exclude California, South Carolina and New Jersey; the other forty-seven states are listed as served.

The process has four steps. You complete a medical questionnaire of about five minutes on your phone. A licensed physician reviews your history, on average within 24 hours, and decides whether to prescribe. If you're approved, your medication and dosing plan ship to your door. After that you get online follow-ups, dose adjustments and messaging with your care team whenever you have a question. A prescription isn't guaranteed, and the decision rests with the provider.

The same account also covers anti-aging treatments such as tretinoin and NAD+, and recovery protocols.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You won't get money back for a partial month unless the law requires it.

Once a prescription has gone to the pharmacy and shipped, the medication generally can't be refunded. The exceptions are an order that arrives damaged or defective, the wrong medication or dose, or an order canceled before it ships. To ask for a refund, email support within 30 days of the purchase with your order number and the reason. VyrarX aims to review requests within five to seven business days, and approved refunds reach your card within five to ten business days after that.
