Kina's prices after the first month
Kina is a telehealth service for women in menopause and midlife, and GLP-1 weight care is one of six things it treats. Every GLP-1 option starts at $169 for the first month, a $30 discount applied automatically. After that, each form has its own monthly price:

Kina says the price is the same at every dose and covers the $25 physician consultation fee, ongoing care and shipping. There's no insurance billing. FSA and HSA cards work. A version of the semaglutide tablet with anti-nausea medication is offered too, and Kina includes Zofran free for the first two months on its GLP-1 plans.

Who's behind your care
Kina's clinicians belong to Arora Health & Aesthetics, a provider group based in Seattle. Kina names its medical director, Dr. Sean Arora, MD, and its clinical lead, Dr. Shannon Arora, PharmD.
The intake takes about five minutes and is reviewed without a call. You can ask for a video visit if you want one. After that you get dose adjustments, side-effect support and unlimited messaging with your care team. Kina says first orders usually ship within a few days of approval.
Prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. partner pharmacies that Kina doesn't name, and which one is used can depend on your state. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Which states, and what to ask
Kina doesn't publish a state list. It says it operates only where its affiliated providers are licensed and its pharmacies can dispense. Enter your state early in the intake, or ask support before you start.
Ask, too, how billing is split. Kina's homepage promises no membership fees, but its terms describe a membership that covers clinician access, with medication billed separately. You want to know what each line on your card statement will be.
Canceling and refunds
There's no long-term contract. You can pause or cancel from your account settings at any time. Under Kina's terms, you can get a full refund if you cancel before a clinician reviews your intake. After the review, the membership fee isn't refundable, and medication that has shipped can't be refunded either. Refund requests go to Kina's care team by email.
