How Wisp charges for weight care
Wisp is a telehealth company best known for women's and sexual health. Weight care starts with a Weight Care Consult, which costs $99. Through it, an independent physician can prescribe the Wegovy pill or injection, Zepbound or Saxenda. Those prescriptions go to the pharmacy you choose, and you pay that pharmacy for the drug. Wisp doesn't publish brand-name drug prices.
The one GLP-1 Wisp ships itself is compounded semaglutide drops, taken under the tongue, at $225 a month for a 15 mL bottle. The lowest dose goes into your cart, and the provider adjusts it from there. Wisp also sells metformin for PCOS starting at $24, and a supplement it calls Metabolic Support & GLP-1 Boost from $54 a month. The supplement isn't a prescription drug.

What Wisp says about the drops
Wisp is frank about the drops. It says the formula uses a base that may help absorption through the lining of the mouth, and that lab tests on human-derived tissue suggest it may start working within 15 to 30 minutes. It also says the formula hasn't yet been tested in the human body, so how well it works in patients may vary.
The drops are compounded and not FDA-approved. Wisp says they're made by an FDA-regulated 503A compounding pharmacy, which it doesn't name.
States, timing and check-ins
Wisp lists 39 states plus Washington, DC for branded prescriptions and 26 states plus DC for the drops in its FAQ. In some states it offers delivery only, and in others local pickup only, so check yours before you pay.
A provider replies within 72 hours of your consult request. Wisp says most prescriptions reach your pharmacy within three hours of finishing the intake form, plus a phone or video call where one is needed. After that, your provider checks in each month to track progress and adjust your dose, and Wisp's care team answers chat messages in between. Delivery is free, or you can pick up at a local pharmacy.
Subscriptions and refunds
Recurring orders renew automatically. To cancel, email Wisp support at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. Your account shows that date under Subscriptions. Wisp says it won't honor cancellation requests made with less notice.
Wisp's refund policy is short: all sales are final and not refundable. If you're unhappy with a product or delivery, it asks you to fill out a support form. If you're comparing costs, add the $99 consult and your pharmacy's price for the drug together before you choose a brand-name option.
