What Loop charges
Loop sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as one part of a broader peptide and wellness membership. The medication has one price at every dose:

A semaglutide oral tablet is listed too. Loop markets all of its GLP-1s as "microdosed," meaning lower doses than the standard weight-loss schedule, aimed at blood sugar and metabolic health. If your goal is weight loss at the usual doses, ask the clinician what dose you'd actually be prescribed before you pay.
The membership itself is free for now, billed monthly, with cancellation any time. Medication, one-on-one coaching calls ($149 each) and bloodwork panels are charged separately on top. Loop's terms say members get discounts on compounds depending on their membership tier.

What the membership includes
Loop is built around community and coaching as much as prescriptions. The free membership covers a peptide tracker for doses and side effects, weekly live sessions with Loop's coaches (also available on demand), and coach-hosted discussion rooms. Bloodwork is offered at cost through Loop's own lab ordering.
You start with an intake about your goals, history and what you've tried. From that, Loop suggests a protocol, the labs worth running and a coach matched to your goals.
Who prescribes it
Loop Health is a technology platform, not a medical practice. Prescriptions come from independent licensed clinicians, who can decline to prescribe or send you for in-person care. Loop says every compound comes from a licensed compounding pharmacy with a third-party certificate of analysis. It doesn't name the pharmacy. Loop is plain that compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide aren't FDA-approved.
Things to check before you join
- Your state. Loop says it's available in 44 states. Confirm yours during intake.
- Refunds. Loop's refund policy is marked as a draft pending legal review and says it's coming soon. Until it's published, ask support by email how refunds work for medication and coaching before you order.
- The dose. Since everything is sold as a microdose, ask whether your provider will move you to a standard dose if that's what you need, and whether the price stays the same.
- The membership price. "Free for now" can change. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your account settings.
