Jently Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Jently sells compounded semaglutide on four plan lengths, and the longer you prepay, the lower the monthly cost. The one-month plan is $199. So the $124 a month on Jently's homepage is the 12-month prepay. The $20 consultation amount is described as included in the fee; confirm the full bill rather than automatically adding it twice. Shipping is free and cold-packed.

Jently's homepage advertises compounded tirzepatide from $174 a month. The tirzepatide page itself shows $259 month-to-month retail and a separate $199 founding-member monthly price, and its plan tabs show prepaid totals of $617 for three months, $1,114 for six months or $2,088 for twelve months. Before you pay for tirzepatide, ask which price applies to the plan length you've chosen and get the total in writing.

Both medications are once-weekly injections. Jently also sells oral metabolic support, NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione under the same account.

Jently is a telehealth platform, not a pharmacy. Its prescribers come through MD Integrations, a network of licensed providers, and Jently says each is licensed in your state. You complete an online assessment, a provider reviews it, and a prescription is written only if they approve.

Jently names its compounding pharmacy: Precision Compounding Pharmacy in Bellmore, New York, a state-licensed 503A pharmacy, which makes each prescription for a named patient. Medication ships to your door in discreet packaging with tracking. Jently is based in New York City.

Jently collects your card during the questionnaire but says it charges only after a provider approves you. You can pay with major credit cards or HSA and FSA debit cards, and Klarna or Affirm may be offered at checkout once you're eligible.

You can cancel through the portal or support, with at least 48 hours’ notice before processing, and pause it for up to 60 days without a penalty. Refunds are narrow. A request has to come within 24 hours of the order and before a prescription is issued or medication ships. After a consultation is completed or a prescription is dispensed, there's no refund. If medication is lost, damaged or never arrives, Jently reships it at no charge.

Jently doesn't publish a list of the states it serves. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved.
