The text plan is only for established patients whose treatment is stable. If you need a live visit again, Eclipse moves you back to the $149 monthly plan. Every plan includes dose adjustments and side-effect monitoring, and the starter program adds nutrition support through a service called LivingPlateRx.

What the medication costs
Eclipse doesn't bundle medication into its fees, so your monthly total is the care plan plus whatever the pharmacy charges. For compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, Eclipse points patients to Promise Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy. It lists semaglutide at $249 a month and tirzepatide at $349, the same price at any dose, with cold shipping included. So a month of semaglutide on the monthly visit plan comes to about $398. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Its providers can also prescribe brand-name drugs, including Zepbound, Wegovy, Saxenda and the Foundayo pill. Eclipse publishes a guide to where patients can look for those, such as the manufacturers' self-pay programs and coupon sites. If you have insurance, the starter program's prior authorization attempt is worth knowing about, though coverage is never promised.

Care is led by Jeriah-Travis Mendaro, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a background in emergency and medical-surgical care. Visits happen by video or phone, and prescriptions aren't guaranteed. They depend on your evaluation and lab results. Eclipse can also discuss non-GLP-1 options, such as Contrave, orlistat, metformin and topiramate, if a GLP-1 isn't right for you.
