How RxSaludable bills
RxSaludable offers online visits, follow-up and support in Spanish or English. Its monthly compounded injection plans cost $99 for the first month of semaglutide, then $199 for each monthly refill, or $169 for the first month of tirzepatide, then $279.
Separate prepaid plans advertise lower renewal equivalents of $179 semaglutide or $249 tirzepatide. Those are different purchase terms. Confirm the amount collected upfront and the next renewal before paying. The company says provider review, the treatment plan, medication and expedited shipping are included, with no separate membership fee. It accepts HSA and FSA cards rather than insurance.

You complete a health questionnaire for a licensed provider to review. RxSaludable describes review within 24 to 48 hours, with medication typically shipping within one to three business days after approval. Follow-up includes provider messaging and visits.
Who fills the prescription
The current FAQ names VialsRx at 16402 FM 2920, Building D, Tomball, Texas 77377. It says services are offered across all 50 states through affiliated clinicians and pharmacies, while individual medications and formulations vary by state. Confirm that your specific prescription can be dispensed where you live before enrolling.
Canceling and refunds
You can pause or cancel from your patient dashboard, with no cancellation fee and no long-term contract. If a provider decides treatment isn't right for you, RxSaludable says you won't be charged for the consultation.
Once medication is dispensed, though, all sales are final. The refund policy doesn't accept returns of prescription products, and the only exception it names is an error in filling your prescription.
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved, and RxSaludable says so on its provider disclosure.
