What AVARA Rx charges
AVARA Rx lists compounded semaglutide starting at $229 a month and compounded tirzepatide starting at $279 a month. Both include the provider consult and free, discreet shipping, and you don't need insurance. A promo code published on its homepage takes $50 off the first month.
"Starting at" is the key phrase. AVARA doesn't publish a price for each dose, so ask what your plan will cost once your dose goes up.
Brand-name drugs are sold differently. For Wegovy, Zepbound, the Wegovy pill or the Foundayo pill, you pay a $149-a-month consultation plan that covers the provider visit and follow-ups. The medication is charged separately once you're approved, and AVARA says it ships through NovoCare. Its brand-name page also shows a $49 figure next to that plan without explaining it, so confirm the fee at checkout.

How a visit works
You pick a treatment and answer medical questions. A licensed provider reviews your answers, usually within 24 hours, and in some states you'll need a live video visit or a secure chat to finish. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of approval and ship by standard or expedited delivery, with tracking. No signature is needed.
AVARA is a patient management platform. Prescriptions come from independent physician networks, including Beluga Health, and AVARA itself doesn't provide medical or pharmacy services. Its FAQ names DiRx Health in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as its dispensing pharmacy.
One inconsistency is worth knowing about. Some of AVARA's FAQ answers describe it as a licensed telehealth pharmacy, while its disclaimers say it isn't a state-licensed pharmacy. The disclaimers match how the service actually works: a platform connecting you to outside doctors and pharmacies.
Canceling and refunds
To cancel or change an order, contact support as soon as possible after placing it. Once the order has gone to the pharmacy, been filled or shipped, changes may not be possible. Prescription medication generally can't be returned. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged package, contact support right away.
AVARA's posted returns page reads like a generic retail template, with references to perishable food and flowers. Its FAQ separately promises a medication refund if a provider finds you ineligible, and a refund of the difference if you need a weaker formulation. Confirm which policy applies to your order before paying.
