TeleDocs360 Review: Price, Pros & Cons

TeleDocs360 sells three 30-day weight-management programs at prices it lists up front:

• Compounded semaglutide: $299 every 30 days, at every available dose.
• Compounded tirzepatide: $399 every 30 days through the 10 mg dose. The 12.5 mg and 15 mg doses cost more, and TeleDocs360 says it will tell you the new amount before it charges it.
• Phentermine: $199 every 30 days, a daily pill and a controlled stimulant, for people who'd rather not inject.

Each price covers the provider's evaluation, the medication if it's prescribed, required supplies and standard shipping. There's no annual membership fee. It's self-pay only, with no insurance billing, though HSA and FSA cards are accepted where eligible. New patients can use a 10%-off code on a first purchase, except for the two highest tirzepatide doses.

The compounding pharmacy adds niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, to every tirzepatide vial at no extra cost.

The order of steps is a little unusual. You pick a program, choose a provider and an appointment time, and pay. Then you get login details for the patient portal and fill in the medical intake and consent forms before the appointment.

Most visits are asynchronous, meaning the provider reviews your forms without a live call. A video visit is available if you ask, and some programs, states or providers require one. If you're approved, the prescription usually goes to the pharmacy within one to two business days. Delivery dates aren't guaranteed.

TeleDocs360 says it handles enrollment, billing and support, while licensed clinicians make the medical decisions. It doesn't name the clinicians, their medical group, or the pharmacy, and it doesn't publish a list of states, saying only that availability varies by state.

Programs bill every 30 days until you cancel. Refills are requested through the portal and reviewed by the clinical team, and a request isn't automatically approved, so ask early.

To cancel, use the portal or contact support before your next billing date and before the next medication order goes to the pharmacy. Canceling stops future charges but doesn't undo an evaluation or an order already submitted.

Every program price includes a $99 physician evaluation fee. It isn't an extra charge, but it becomes non-refundable once the evaluation begins. If the physician decides treatment isn't right for you, the FAQ and the written refund policy both say you get the rest of your payment back, minus that $99.

Once an order is approved and sent to the pharmacy, it can't be refunded. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide aren't FDA-approved.
