RxPepsDirect Review: Price, Pros & Cons

RxPepsDirect splits every order into three charges. You pay RxPepsDirect a flat $39 medical visit fee at checkout. If a provider approves you, Optimal Balance Pharmacy texts you a payment link for the medication, billed at its own price, plus a flat $15 for FedEx overnight shipping.

At the starting dose, that works out like this:

The catch is that the $39 visit fee is charged per order, not once. Every reorder is a new visit with its own fee and its own provider review. One visit fee does cover up to three different peptides on the same order, and the $15 shipping covers the whole box.

The $79 and $99 figures are starter-vial prices. As your dose climbs, you move to larger vials that cost more, so the monthly bill rises with titration. Each product listing shows the pharmacy's price for every vial size, which lets you work out what month three or four will cost before you start. Versions made with B6 and glycine instead of B12 are sold separately at higher entry prices, and a lower-dose "microdose" option exists for both drugs.

RxPepsDirect is run by Peptide RX LLC, founded in 2026. Its medical director is Dr. Jonathan Snipes, MD, and prescriptions are written by nurse practitioners and physician assistants licensed in your state. The intake is a short online questionnaire of about two to three minutes, and a provider usually signs off within 24 hours. There's no required video visit.

Optimal Balance Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy in Texas, fills every order. It ships pre-mixed vials overnight in a reusable cooled case, with syringes and alcohol swabs included. RxPepsDirect publishes the outside lab reports for sterility and endotoxin testing on its batches.

Care is limited to 28 states plus Washington, DC. California and much of the Southeast aren't on the list, so check your state before you start.

You can get the $39 visit fee back only if you cancel before a provider starts reviewing your intake. Once review begins, it's nonrefundable, even if you're turned down. Money paid to the pharmacy is handled under the pharmacy's own policy, and dispensed medication generally can't be returned.

There's no membership. You can reorder by hand when you need more, or opt in to automatic refills timed to your supply. Each automatic refill still carries the $39 fee and a provider review, and you can switch it off from your dashboard.
