MANÜ Telehealth Review: Price, Pros & Cons

MANÜ Telehealth sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, each in a standard plan and a lower-dose micro dose plan. Its homepage quotes GLP-1s by the day, at a few dollars a day, rather than by the month.

Plan information lists semaglutide from $199 and tirzepatide from $297. What it doesn't show upfront is how many weeks of medication a package holds or how the price changes at higher doses. You see those details when you choose a plan at checkout. Before paying, work out the monthly total and ask what the plan costs at the dose you're likely to reach.

MANÜ says each package includes the online consultation, the medication, supplies and free, discreet shipping. It also sells NAD+, sermorelin and an injection called MIC Ultraburn, but only as add-ons to a GLP-1 plan.

You complete an online assessment about your goals and medical history. A licensed provider reviews it, and if you're approved a board-certified physician prescribes. There's no in-person visit. MANÜ's guidelines follow the usual ones: a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related condition.

MANÜ isn't a pharmacy. Prescriptions are filled by a U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy, one that mixes each prescription for a named patient, and shipped from there to your door. MANÜ doesn't name the pharmacy or its medical director. Your dose starts low and is raised gradually, with the medical team adjusting it as you go. The site is available in English and Spanish.

MANÜ says its providers and pharmacy network cover all 50 states, with availability confirmed when you enter your address during intake.

MANÜ's terms are strict, so read them before you buy.

• All sales are final once services are rendered or medication is dispensed.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Email support at least 48 hours before your renewal date to stop the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle, and partial periods aren't refunded.
• Orders go to the pharmacy as soon as you pay. Once an order is picked, packed or shipped, it can't be canceled.
• Damaged or wrong items get a free replacement if you report them, with photos, within 7 days of delivery. There are no cash refunds for them.
• Billing errors must be raised within 14 days of the charge.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved.
