Always Wellness and Recovery sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in three-month bundles, not as a monthly subscription. Each bundle holds three monthly vials on a dose schedule your physician sets. You pay for the whole bundle up front, and nothing renews on its own.

Current semaglutide blocks are $349 for months one to three, $549 for months four to six, then $649 per three months. Tirzepatide is $499, then $699, then $899–999 per three months. The price isn't the same for every bundle. It steps up twice: once for months four to six, and again from month seven on, when patients move to a steady maintenance dose and the price holds there. The company says that's because the later bundles contain higher-strength vials. Tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide at each stage.

To its credit, the weight-loss page lists the price for all three stages, along with a six-month total for each drug, before you check out. Add up the first year, not just the first bundle, when you compare it with a flat monthly price elsewhere.

There's no membership fee and no enrollment fee. The physician's review is included in every bundle and isn't billed separately, and shipping is free in plain, unmarked packaging. The company says orders usually arrive in three to five days, and most ship within two to three business days of approval.

After that, you get unlimited secure messaging with your care team through the patient portal, with replies typically within one business day. Your physician can adjust the plan if you have side effects. No lab work is required to start for weight loss. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and insurance isn't.

You check out first, then fill in a medical intake of about ten minutes covering your history, current medications and goals. A U.S.-licensed physician reviews it asynchronously, which means there's no video call to schedule. The company says most patients are approved within 24 hours. The homepage names its medical director as Dr. M. Reyes, MD.

Medication is compounded and dispensed by a licensed 503A pharmacy, one that prepares each prescription for a named patient. The pharmacy itself isn't named. Treatment is for adults 18 and older, and the company says it serves all 50 states.

The weight-loss page says you're charged at checkout and refunded in full if your physician doesn't prescribe. The general FAQ says you're not charged unless a physician approves treatment. Either way, a declined patient shouldn't end up paying, but check your card statement if you're turned down.

Once you're prescribed, the terms limit refunds to items that haven't shipped or arrived defective. Because each bundle is a one-time purchase, stopping simply means not buying the next one.
