NowPatient is an online pharmacy and telehealth service run by Infohealth Ltd from Surrey, England, with a separate U.S. version of its site. For weight loss it lists brand-name medication only: Wegovy pens, Wegovy tablets, Mounjaro KwikPens and the Foundayo pill. It doesn't sell compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide.

The consultation is free and happens by video with a prescribing clinician, who decides whether you qualify and which strength you need. If you're approved, you pay for the medication. There's no monthly membership fee to get a prescription.

Public prices start at $215.98 for one Wegovy injection pen and $251.98 for one Mounjaro KwikPen. Thirty Wegovy tablets start at $99 for the 1.5 mg strength and rise to $279 for 25 mg. Pack prices are not interchangeable with monthly treatment costs; confirm the number of doses in your exact product. A Wegovy pen costs the same at the three starting strengths, then more at 1.7 mg, then more again at 2.4 mg and 7.2 mg. Mounjaro climbs at nearly every strength from 2.5 mg to 15 mg. Your clinician recommends both the strength and the number of pens.

The injection pages add $75 for shipping and import duties; the Wegovy tablet page adds $20. NowPatient's price tables show that delivery charge waived for members of a plan it calls Core+, but it doesn't spell out what Core+ costs or includes. Ask before you order, and ask how many pens a month your dose will take.

That import duties line reflects where the medication ships from. NowPatient's delivery policy covers U.K., European and worldwide shipping, with worldwide orders taking 7 to 21 working days. Pens travel by specialist courier in cold-chain packaging, and NowPatient says its prices include customs duties wherever you live. Your first order has to go to the address registered on your account. If a parcel hasn't arrived 10 days after dispatch, contact customer care. Plan refills well ahead, since a delay of a week or more is possible.

Opened prescription medicine can't be returned. NowPatient's returns policy is written around U.K. and European consumer rules, with a 14-day cooling-off period for unopened goods sold outside the NHS. Some safety advice in its Wegovy and Mounjaro information points to NHS 111 and the U.K. drug regulator, not U.S. services, so keep a local doctor in the loop.
