Bloom MD Review: Price, Pros & Cons

BloomMD runs as an online store. You pick a plan, check out, and only then fill in the medical intake. The two compounded drugs are priced differently.

Compounded semaglutide, made with glycine and B12, is sold at one price for any dose. The menu label says $295, but the actual monthly variant costs $275. A $5 recurring subscription discount makes it $270 per monthly delivery. The ninety-day program is $750, and a ten-week starter program for new patients is $395. Confirm the plan and charge before ordering.

Compounded tirzepatide is priced by weekly dose. One-time monthly plans range from $249 at 2.2 mg a week to $459 at 13 mg a week; the monthly subscription subtracts $5, making the range $244 to $454. Three-month plans cost less per month at the same dose. New patients can take a 12-week starter that steps from 2.2 mg to 4.4 mg to 7 mg. Higher doses may require proof that you're already taking tirzepatide.

Each compounded order includes your dose, injection supplies, free shipping and unlimited messaging with your provider for follow-ups and dose changes. No insurance is needed.

After checkout you get a secure medical form by email. A licensed provider reviews it, and if you're not approved, BloomMD says you get a full refund. If you are, the prescription goes to a certified pharmacy, which BloomMD doesn't name. Orders usually take five to seven business days to process, then ship overnight. Dosing may differ in California, Indiana and Minnesota.

BloomMD lists eligibility up front: adults 18 and over, where a BMI of 27 or more is marked likely to qualify and 25 to 26.9 is considered case by case.

BloomMD provides the store and support, not the medical care. Prescriptions come from independent providers with MDI Medical Group PC, and BloomMD collects their clinical fees on their behalf. You can text a practitioner before buying or book a free consultation if you're unsure which dose to choose.

For brand-name drugs, BloomMD sells memberships for Wegovy, the Wegovy pill, Zepbound and the Foundayo pill. The membership covers the prescribing and support only. The medication itself isn't included and is paid for separately.

Subscriptions bill month to month, and you can skip, reschedule, edit or cancel deliveries from your account. Prescription products can't be returned once dispensed. If an order arrives damaged or wrong, contact support within seven days of delivery with photos. Supplements are final sale, and BloomMD doesn't do exchanges.
