The three-month supply saves $45 on semaglutide and $60 on tirzepatide compared with buying three single months, but you pay for all of it up front. Shipping is free, and AquaVita doesn't bill insurance; payment is due before service.
The shop doesn't say which dose each price buys. Ask before you order whether the price stays the same as your provider moves you up, and what strength the three-month supply contains. AquaVita's purchase terms also say prices can change without notice, and its tirzepatide page notes that pricing depends on clinic availability.

A medspa that only serves five states
AquaVita grew out of AquaVita Wellness & Medspa, a clinic in Lake Forest, California, that also does facials and other aesthetic treatments. Its weight-loss care is fully online, but it's licensed only in California, Arizona, Florida, Nevada and Texas. If you live anywhere else, you can't order.
The same shop sells Lipo-B injections, NAD+ and glutathione, each as a ten-injection vial.
How you get approved
You start with an online health form, then have a short video call with an AquaVita provider, which the site calls a good faith exam. The provider decides whether a compounded GLP-1 is right for you. If you're approved, the medication is shipped to your door in discreet packaging.
After you start, AquaVita says you get unlimited access to licensed providers, follow-ups and dose adjustments, all online. Returning patients can use a quick reorder page. AquaVita doesn't name its medical director or the compounding pharmacy that fills its prescriptions, so ask support if that matters to you.
One of its FAQ answers says plans can include FDA-approved medications, but the shop sells only compounded versions. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide aren't FDA-approved.
Refunds are rare
AquaVita's refund policy says it can't accept returns under any circumstances, and all products are non-refundable. The exception is a problem with delivery. If an item arrives damaged, is missing or is wrong, contact support within 48 hours with your order number, tracking number and photos. AquaVita reviews each case and may send a replacement or refund your card, which takes up to 15 business days.
Its purchase terms add that all sales are final, and any refund AquaVita chooses to give may come as store credit. Because there's no subscription, there's nothing to cancel. You simply don't reorder.
