What HelloWellness charges, and how often
HelloWellness sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on a three-month plan, paid up front. The monthly figures in its ads are that charge divided by three. Ongoing renewal every eleven weeks instead averages about $157.18 per calendar month for semaglutide and $196.58 for tirzepatide, calculated as charge divided by eleven times 52 divided by twelve:

The three-month plan is the minimum. After that, it renews automatically at the same price, and the timing is worth noticing: the checkout note says it renews every 11 weeks, not every 13. With payment at the start, five charges can fall in the first year. The calendar-month figures above are ongoing annualized averages, not a promise of exact dated first-year charges. One line on the tirzepatide page says every 10 weeks, which would average about $216.23 per calendar month, so check the renewal date in your account after your first order.
You can cancel anytime after the first plan, and both prices are "starting at" figures, so ask whether your price changes as your dose rises.

What comes in the box
Each plan includes the medication, syringes, needles and written injection instructions, shipped in discreet packaging. You also get unlimited messaging with your provider and access to a private members' community for questions and tips. HelloWellness says your package ships within five to seven business days of approval in most states, with tracking by email.
The medication is compounded by a U.S.-based 503A pharmacy, which makes each prescription for a named patient. HelloWellness doesn't name it on its site, but the pharmacy's contact details are on your prescription label.
Refunds and cancellations
If a provider doesn't approve you, you get a full refund. If you're approved and change your mind, HelloWellness may refund what you paid minus a $50 professional fee, but only if you email support within 24 hours of the provider's review. After the medication has been dispensed, there are no refunds. If you suspect a dispensing error, contact the pharmacy within 48 hours of delivery.
Once the carrier marks a package delivered, HelloWellness won't reship it. If it's lost or stolen after that, you'd have to pay for a new order and file a claim with the courier, so consider where it's delivered.
