How Joi + Blokes bills for GLP-1s
Joi + Blokes sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on a plan billed every three months. New patients pay a reduced first month, $99 for semaglutide and $149 for tirzepatide, and the standing monthly rate after that is higher. The quarterly charge is what lands on your card, so check the full three-month amount at checkout before you commit.
The plan price includes the medication, dosing support, clinician consultations and unlimited sessions with a health coach. There's no separate membership fee, and you can pay with HSA or FSA funds through Flex. If you live in New York or New Jersey, Joi + Blokes says pricing is different because of state requirements, and it shows that price only after you confirm your location.

What's in the plan
Joi + Blokes runs two programs, Joi for women and Blokes for men, built around hormone health. GLP-1 care sits alongside testosterone, menopause, thyroid and longevity treatments in the same account.
You start with a health history form. An independent clinician group reviews it and decides whether to prescribe, sometimes without a live visit. The compounded medication may include B12, glycine or L-carnitine depending on what your clinician orders, and it ships from a state-licensed pharmacy that Joi + Blokes doesn't name. Insulin-sized needles come with it.
The health coaches are a mix of nurses, dietitians, trainers and naturopaths. They can explain results and pass questions to your provider, but they can't prescribe. Lab panels are optional and sold separately.
Brand-name options
There's a separate Zepbound program. You pay Joi + Blokes a care fee, billed quarterly, and buy the vials yourself through Lilly's direct pharmacy at its cash prices. For brand-name drugs that insurance might cover, Joi + Blokes helps with prior authorization and sends the prescription to your local pharmacy, but it doesn't bill insurance itself.
Canceling and refunds
Joi + Blokes says you can adjust or cancel your plan at any time. What you get back is less clear. Its GLP-1 FAQ says you're refunded right away if a clinician decides a prescription isn't appropriate. Its refund policy says subscription fees already paid can't be refunded and all sales are final. Prescription products can't be returned.
Before you pay, ask support in writing which rule applies if you're turned down, and whether a quarterly charge is refunded if you stop partway through.
Things to check first
- Your state. Compounded semaglutide isn't available everywhere, and no full state list is published.
- Month two. Know the standing rate, not just the first-month price.
- The pharmacy. Ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription.
