JM Integrated Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

JM Integrated Health charges for the care, not the drug. Its weight-loss program has a one-time enrollment fee and then a monthly program fee, or a prepaid three-month plan:

Medication isn't included in any of these. If you're prescribed a compounded GLP-1, a licensed compounding pharmacy contacts you directly to take payment and ships the medication to your home. JM doesn't publish what that costs, so ask for the pharmacy's price at your starting dose before you enroll, and add it to the $99 monthly fee to get your real monthly cost.

The first consultation is free. JM is cash-pay, and no insurance is needed for the program itself.

JM is a small virtual practice run by its founder, John Meyer, MSN, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than a decade in primary care, urgent care and weight management. You see him at every visit. He's licensed in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, Vermont and Washington, and JM treats patients only in those states.

The practice also offers virtual primary care and urgent care, so the same provider can manage blood pressure, diabetes or a sinus infection alongside your weight-loss plan. It doesn't prescribe controlled substances.

After the free consult, JM runs a fuller medical evaluation and, if appropriate, recommends a plan. That plan can include:

• Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide as weekly injections, with dose adjustments as you go.
• Brand-name drugs such as Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro or Saxenda, which JM notes may be covered by insurance. The program fees still apply, and the drug is billed by the pharmacy or your plan.
• Oral medications for people who'd rather avoid injections.

The program is aimed at adults with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight-related health condition. Prescriptions aren't guaranteed. Follow-up visits are monthly. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Visits are booked online and held by secure video. JM asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. Payment is due at the time of service.
