Ark Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Ark Health's plans are compounded. It lists a semaglutide injection, a tirzepatide injection and an oral GLP-1 it calls Oral Personalized GLP, plus injectable sermorelin and MIC/B12. Brand-name Ozempic and Mounjaro don't appear on its current plan list, so if you want a brand-name drug, ask support before you start an intake.

Each plan is sold at a flat monthly price, and Ark publishes all of them on its products listing. The oral option is the lowest of the GLP-1 plans, and tirzepatide is the highest. The semaglutide price is shown next to a higher crossed-out figure, so read the price you'll actually be charged and the billing terms in the intake before you pay.

Ark says each plan covers an online consultation, a personalized care plan, the medication if a provider prescribes it, and ongoing follow-up support. Shipping is free and expedited on eligible orders, and delivery usually takes two to three days after the order ships. Services are for adults 18 and older in eligible states. Ark doesn't publish a state list, so check yours at the start of the intake.

Its compounded semaglutide may also contain vitamin B12, vitamin B6 or glycine, depending on your prescription. Ask your provider which formulation you'll get, and follow the pharmacy label for your dose.

Ark Health LLC runs the technology platform and doesn't provide medical care itself. Clinical services come from Beluga Health, P.A., or affiliated professional entities named in its terms. A licensed provider reviews your health history and decides whether any treatment is appropriate. Completing the intake or paying for a plan doesn't guarantee a prescription. Ark doesn't name the pharmacy that fills your order.

Ark's refund policy is strict, and it applies even if you're turned down:

• All sales are final, and payments aren't refunded except where the law requires it.
• If a provider decides treatment isn't right for you, that alone doesn't entitle you to a refund.
• There are no partial refunds or cancellation credits, even if an order hasn't shipped.

To stop the next charge, your cancellation request has to reach Ark at least 15 days before your next order date. You cancel by calling (855) 758-2275 or emailing support, and you should get the effective date confirmed. Simply stopping the medication doesn't cancel the subscription. Duplicate or incorrect charges can still be reviewed through the same channels.
