Chronos Body Health & Wellness splits its GLP-1 care into two paths, and they're priced very differently.

The compounded path is sold in packages, not a subscription. You buy a $149 semaglutide starter package, which includes a free consultation and follow-up care, an initial starter vial of compounded semaglutide, medical supplies and free shipping. After that you buy medication packages only when you need them. Extended starter packages cost $249 for semaglutide and $475 for tirzepatide, lasting about two and a half to three months at the starting dose. Those variable supply lengths are not fixed monthly medication quotes. Chronos notes that doses usually rise over time, so a package won't stretch as far later on. It publishes package prices on its telehealth pages, so compare the starter and extended options before your consultation.

The brand-name path is for Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and similar drugs. Here Chronos charges $99 for the provider consultation and $99 for each follow-up, which covers monthly prescription reorders and provider access. The prescription goes to your preferred pharmacy, and the drug is billed separately, through your insurance or at cash price. Chronos handles prior authorization paperwork with your insurer.
