What TRT Nation charges for weight loss
TRT Nation is mainly a testosterone clinic, and its weight-loss menu is short. Compounded tirzepatide is $219 a month, and its FAQ says that rate stays the same whatever dose you're on. There's no semaglutide. The only other weight-loss drug is phentermine, an older appetite-suppressant tablet, at $99.99 for a 30-day supply.
The tirzepatide listing carries a three-month minimum purchase, so your first commitment is about $657 before any discount. New patients are offered 10% off their first treatment. TRT Nation doesn't advertise a membership fee on top. Labs are sold separately, and the clinic lets you order them through it or bring your own.

What's in the vial
TRT Nation compounds every tirzepatide prescription with vitamin B12, which it says is meant to make treatment easier to tolerate. If you'd rather not have B12 added, ask before you order. The medication is dispensed by regulated U.S. pharmacies after a provider consultation. TRT Nation doesn't name them.
How you get started
You fill in an online intake form, consult with a provider, and the prescription ships to your door if the provider approves it. No in-person visit is needed. The FAQ says candidates are typically adults 25 and older with a BMI over 25, though a provider makes the final call.
Everything ships by FedEx, and TRT Nation asks patients to download the FedEx app to track packages. Support runs weekdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern. The company is Nation Medical Inc., based in Tampa, Florida. The weight-loss page’s general FAQ excludes Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Missouri, North Dakota and Hawaii. Confirm your treatment is available in your state before paying.
Refills, refunds and canceling
Refills aren't automatic. TRT Nation says it won't refill a prescription on your behalf; you request each refill yourself through its refill link. That puts the timing on you, so plan ahead to avoid a gap between doses.
The refund rules are short and firm. TRT Nation reserves the right to a no-refund, no-return policy on all purchases, and its cancellation policy says a treatment you've bought is charged for the full period. Disputes are handled under Florida law. Ask support exactly what you'd owe if you stopped partway through the three-month minimum.
Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved, and TRT Nation doesn't offer brand-name Zepbound or Wegovy.
